Stony Plain Flyers Summer Tryout Registration Form
2025/26 Season
16 and 17 years old must provide permission to tryout form from their Minor Hockey Association and must wear all protective equipment as required to play U18 hockey (Full shield, Mouth guard and neck guard). All Junior players from last year are required to wear full face shield and neck guard.
Junior players must provide release or permission to tryout form from their previous years Junior team. 18 year olds do not have to provide any release forms, if they played minor hockey last year.
Registration fee is $100.00 and due at time of registration . To be paid by e-transfer. E-transfer send to jaywoodm@yahoo.ca. Password: flyers
Player fees are $750.00 for the 25/26 season and are due by September 11th, 2025. If player makes the flyers the try out fee will count towards the 2025/2026 player fee. If player does not particpate in tryouts, player fee will still be $750.00.
Player is require to have team pant shells ($50.00), Team Bauer Gloves (have Flyers logo), royal blue white gloves ($150.00) and Royal blue helmet ($135.00) . Gloves and Helmet can be purchased at your favourite sports store but must be the required colours. Additional team apparel may be purchased at cost.
